Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Research and Development Chemist to join our team in an on-site role based in Vapi. The role involves conducting research and development activities, formulating chemical products, performing analytical testing, and supporting quality control initiatives. The chemist will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize formulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills, including the ability to conduct accurate testing and evaluations
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D), focusing on formulation innovation and chemical process development
- Knowledge and experience in Coatings and related chemical applications
- Expertise in Quality Control processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in the personal care, pharmaceutical, or industrial sectors is a plus
