Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Associate based in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting research projects, developing new products, analyzing experimental data, and designing laboratory experiments. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Research and Development (R&D) and hands-on Laboratory Skills
- Proficient in Analytical Skills for experimental data interpretation and problem-solving
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration and documentation
- Proven experience in conducting research and handling research-based projects
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work independently or in a team
- Master's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical R&D environment is a plus
