Role Summary
As a Research & Development Associate, you'll sit at the very start of our design process -the Research and Observation stages that happen before a single Nuvora property is designed. You'll travel, observe, document, and turn what you find into the reports that shape how we build.
Key Responsibilities
Field & online research of Boutique Stays, hotels and themed properties
Observation and document research details
Translate field research to SOPs
Vendor collaboration & market research
Use of AI tools to sharpen research efficiently
Who Should Apply?
Freshers or upto 1.5 yrs experience
Strong observation skills
Research documentation
willingness to execute field/travel researches as per business needs
Study background - Tourism, History and architecture prefered other fields are also eligible
