About
We are a financial and legal services firm helping businesses with registrations, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Our R&D function identifies and builds new services before they are offered to clients — researching regulatory areas, assessing feasibility, designing delivery processes, and executing the first live engagement.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who enjoys investigative work, understands how regulatory systems function, and can turn research into something the organisation can deliver.
What You Will Do
You will identify new areas where businesses may need regulatory or compliance assistance, conduct structured feasibility studies covering applicable laws, procedures, documentation, and timelines, and recommend whether a service can be built in-house.
For approved services, you will design the end-to-end delivery process and produce a Standard Operating Procedure detailed enough for the operations team to follow independently. You will then lead the first live client execution to validate the process, refine it based on real experience, and hand it over to operations.
You will also maintain an internal knowledge base of all services researched and evaluated, ensuring the organisation builds on its research over time.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Research and identify new services that the company can develop and offer to its clients
- Independently study applicable laws, rules, and procedures through official sources and primary regulatory references
- Analyse feasibility of in-house execution and present structured findings and recommendations to management
- Design the end-to-end service delivery process and develop Standard Operating Procedures for every new service approved
- Own the first live client engagement for each new service, validate the process in a real environment, and refine it based on findings
- Continuously monitor the regulatory landscape for policy changes and emerging requirements that present new service opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Law, Commerce, or Business Administration. CA Inter or CS Foundation is an advantage
- 0–2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or financial services. Motivated freshers with strong research aptitude will be considered
- Ability to independently read, interpret, and apply statutory rules, official notifications, and procedural guidelines
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving in unfamiliar areas
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to convert complex procedures into clear, actionable SOPs
- Self-driven, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision
