Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam for a Research and Development (R&D) Assistant. The R&D Assistant will engage in laboratory-based activities, assist in executing research projects, perform data analysis, and conduct scientific experiments. Additional responsibilities include documenting research findings, contributing to project planning, and collaborating with the team to drive innovation and achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Research and Development (R&D) and experienced in conducting independent research
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data
- Competent Laboratory Skills, including proper handling of equipment and adherence to safety protocols
- Effective Communication skills for documenting findings and working collaboratively with teams
- Ability to follow experimental procedures and maintain accurate research records
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
- Exposure to pharmaceutical or related industries is an advantage
