The ideal candidate should be passionate about current affairs, capable of conducting in-depth research, and able to produce accurate, engaging, and fact-based content for digital news platforms.
Key Responsibilities
● Research news stories and verify facts from credible sources.
● Write news copies, scripts, explainers, and feature articles.
● Generate unique story ideas and contribute to content planning.
● Prepare research briefs and background notes for anchors and reporters.
● Ensure all content is accurate, original, and editorially compliant.
● Stay updated with political, social, and national developments.
Required Skills
● Excellent command of written Hindi.
● Strong research, analytical, and fact-checking skills.
● Sound understanding of politics, society, and current affairs.
● Ability to write clear, engaging, and error-free news content.
● Knowledge of SEO and digital journalism is an added advantage.
● Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Hindi, or a related field.
● Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in news media, digital journalism, or content writing.
