1. Market Research & Data Sourcing- Identify and research potential importers, distributors, and buyers across international markets.
- Build targeted prospect lists using trade directories, B2B platforms, industry reports, and online databases.
- Gather accurate contact details including email addresses, phone numbers, and company profiles.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns in key export regions.
2. Database Management- Create, update, and maintain a structured CRM/database of leads and clients.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper categorization (region, product interest, deal stage).
- Regularly clean and validate database entries to remove outdated or duplicate records.
- Generate periodic reports on lead status, outreach performance, and conversion metrics.
3. Lead Generation & Outreach- Initiate outbound communication via cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp to prospective buyers.
- Draft and send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups.
- Qualify leads based on interest, requirements, and buying potential.
- Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospects and senior team members.
4. Relationship Management- Maintain consistent communication with existing and prospective buyers.
- Respond to inquiries, share product information, and coordinate initial discussions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
