We are based in Gurgaon. This is an in-office role.
Role Description
This role is for under-graduates or fresh graduates who want to learn how businesses really create (or destroy) value.
You will work directly with the Managing Director and be involved in:
- Studying companies across sectors
- Breaking down annual reports and investor communication
- Identifying patterns that create (or destroy value)
- Building case studies on value creators, enablers, and destroyers
- Use AI tools to accelerate research and insight generation
- Supporting client work and internal thinking frameworks
This is not a passive internship. You will be expected to think, question, and form views.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Collect financial data from annual reports
- Read and analyze annual reports, concalls, and investor presentations
- Build structured company notes and investment case summaries
- Identify what drove performance — not just what happened
- Work on internal frameworks like GRIP
- Create sharp, insight-led memos (not data dumps)
- Use tools (including AI) to improve speed and quality of output
- Contribute to live client work where relevant

Basic Requirements
- Strong analytical thinking
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements and annual reports
- Basic understanding of statistics
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and ownership of work
Preferred background:
Undergraduates or fresh graduates in Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Psychology, Sociology or related fields. I am open to looking at those with Humanities, Science or Engineering backgrounds.
Location and structure:
- Based in Gurgaon (in-office role)
- Full-time internship / analyst role
- Direct exposure to leadership and real work from day one
- 5 days a week, start at 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM. Weekends are off.
