Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst to support market intelligence, GCC ecosystem research, and strategic insights initiatives. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and translating complex data into actionable insights that support consulting engagements, industry reports, and thought leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Industry Research
- Conduct primary and secondary research on Global Capability Centers (GCCs), technology trends, and talent ecosystems
- Track new GCC setups, expansions, and market developments across India
- Analyze industry reports, company announcements, and databases to derive insights
Data Analysis & Insights
- Collect, structure, and analyze datasets related to workforce trends, hiring patterns, and industry growth
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities through structured analysis
- Develop charts, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights clearly
Report & Content Development
- Contribute to industry reports, whitepapers, playbooks, and research publications
- Prepare concise research summaries and executive briefs
- Support development of ecosystem insights and thought leadership content
Ecosystem Mapping
- Map GCC presence across cities, sectors, and functions
- Maintain and update research databases related to industry players and ecosystem developments
- Identify emerging innovation hubs and tier-2 city opportunities
Stakeholder Support
- Provide data-backed insights for leadership discussions and consulting engagements
- Support preparation of presentations, discussion papers, and research decks
- Collaborate with internal teams on insights for industry events, roundtables, and conferences
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
Core Skills
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Ability to convert complex information into clear insights and narratives
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools/databases
- Ability to track and interpret industry news and market developments
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on industry research or consulting projects
- Familiarity with GCC ecosystem, technology industry, or talent analytics
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
