Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Analyst, located in Jaipur. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing complex data, and interpreting results to deliver actionable insights. Day-to-day tasks include identifying trends, preparing detailed reports, providing strategic recommendations, and contributing to organizational decision-making processes through data-driven suggestions. The role also involves frequent collaboration and clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in primary / secondary Research and Research techniques to gather and evaluate data from diverse sources.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to assess trends and provide data-driven insights.
- Basic to advanced understanding of Statistics for analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with team members.
- Proficiency in using relevant research tools, software, and methodologies is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, CS, or related fields is required.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
