We are expanding our research team and looking for a motivated Research Analyst who is curious about cities, transit technology, innovation in mobility, and global infrastructure trends.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct secondary research on global public transport policies, projects, investments, and technologies
- Track developments in autonomous mobility, ticketing & fare collection, electric buses, metro/light rail, and MaaS
- Analyse market trends, data points, and regulatory updates
- Prepare research notes, datasets, and industry reports
- Assist in developing content for research publications, presentations, and conference programmes
- Support speaker and stakeholder mapping for global events
- Liaise with industry experts, technology providers, and transit agencies for insights and interviews
What We’re Looking For- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written communication and report drafting abilities
- Curiosity about mobility, cities, technology, and infrastructure
- Comfort with data interpretation and structured thinking
- Ability to work with global sources and compare regional trends
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Preferred Background- Graduate/postgraduate in Economics, Public Policy, Urban/Transport Planning, International Relations, Technology, or related fields
- Fresh graduates welcome; prior internship or research experience is a plus
- Familiarity with sustainability, smart cities, EV/clean transport, or mobility ecosystems is an advantage
