๐ Hiring: Research Analyst โ Stewardship Role (Hybrid | 2 Days Office)
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience in secondary research, company profiling, and managing large datasets, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Requirement:
- Strong experience in secondary research and data analysis
- Proficiency with research tools and databases (e.g., market intelligence platforms, financial databases)
- Experience in company profiling and competitive benchmarking
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and interpret large datasets
- Proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth secondary research using various databases, tools, and credible sources
- Develop comprehensive company profiles, including financials, competitive landscape, and market positioning
- Collect, clean, and maintain structured datasets to ensure accuracy and usability
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand research requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Use research tools and platforms (e.g., databases, analytics tools) to extract and analyze relevant information
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner through reports, presentations, and dashboards
- Ensure data integrity and maintain proper documentation of research methodologies
Qualification:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Technology, or related field
