This role is about connecting dots — across companies, talent markets, industries, and trends — and turning that into insights that teams can act on. You won’t just collect information; you’ll make it usable.

What You’ll Own
- Conduct in-depth research across companies, talent markets, and industry ecosystems
- Map competitors, talent movements, and hiring trends with clarity
- Gather data from multiple sources and convert it into meaningful insights
- Build structured reports, briefs, and intelligence notes for internal teams and clients
- Support hiring and business teams with targeted research inputs
- Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis
- Maintain and continuously improve research frameworks and databases
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand what needs to be solved through research
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in research, market intelligence, or analytics roles
- Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear research paths
- Attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with data, reports, and multiple information sources
- Curiosity-driven mindset — you don’t stop at the first answer
