Role Summary
We are looking for experienced and self-driven Global Sales & Business Development Partners
who can identify genuine clients, pitch our consulting and market research services, and close
high-value deals globally. This is a pure commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
Cap7tara will provide complete sales support during client interactions whenever required, including
handling complex client queries and sharing relevant documents and pitch materials.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and onboard genuine B2B clients globally.
• Understand client challenges and pitch customized consulting and market research solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls, pitch meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead to closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client queries and share relevant documents.
• Build long-term strategic client relationships.
Sales Support from Cap7tara
• Participation in client calls when detailed explanations are required.
• Support in handling complex consulting and research queries.
• Sharing pitch decks, proposals, case studies, and supporting documents.
• Backend consulting & research team assistance for solution building.
Commission Structure
• Pure commission-based compensation model.
• High and uncapped earning potential.
• Commission on every successfully closed and paid project.
• Recurring commission on repeat business from onboarded clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, consulting sales, or market research sales.
• Proven track record of closing international deals.
• Strong CXO-level communication and negotiation skills.• Self-driven, independent, and performance-oriented mindset.
