Role Description
Apelo Consulting is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic Research Associate will be responsible for conducting primary research and data collection on diverse research projects. The role involves interviewing and conducting telephonic discussions with high-level executives from multinational firms worldwide. Additional responsibilities include executing online searches to build contacts using search engines, directories, reference sites, online databases, and platforms like LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality B2B phone interviews in regions including North America, the Europe, and other global locations.
- Engage with senior management and stakeholders to gather market insight.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration on research projects.
- Manage multiple tasks concurrently, ensuring attention to detail and timely delivery.
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with databases (e.g., Capital IQ, Factiva, Thomson One, OneSource).
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent business/professional English (spoken & written).
- Ability to collect quality data through primary research.
- Skilled with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with IT industry landscape is a plus.
- Goal- and target-driven, flexible with shift timings.
- Well-versed with internet-based research and digital search tools.
