Role Summary
We are looking for a Research Analyst with strong experience in staffing intelligence, talent mapping, and hiring trends analysis. The role will focus on researching talent availability across specific skills, roles, and geographies, and providing actionable insights to support hiring strategies and workforce planning.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in market research, talent mapping, data analytics, and dashboard creation, with the ability to analyze large datasets and present insights in a structured manner.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Market Research
- Conduct detailed research on talent availability across specific skills, roles, and geographies
- Map talent pools across industries such as life sciences, healthcare, technology, and consulting
- Estimate number of professionals available in a particular skill set within a defined region
Hiring Trends & Workforce Insights
- Analyze hiring trends, demand-supply dynamics, and salary benchmarks
- Track competitor hiring activity and talent movement
- Provide insights on emerging skills and workforce trends
Talent Mapping & Competitive Intelligence
- Identify companies employing relevant talent pools
- Create target company lists and talent clusters
- Map seniority levels, skill distributions, and hiring volumes
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze data from sources such as LinkedIn, job boards, industry reports, and internal datasets
- Build interactive dashboards and reports for leadership teams
- Present insights using clear data visualizations
Day-to-Day Deliverables
- Talent availability reports by skill, location, and experience level
- Hiring trend reports and competitor hiring analysis
- Talent pipeline heatmaps
- Workforce supply-demand insights
- Dashboards tracking hiring activity and talent movement
