Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Resale/Leasing Property Expert. The responsibilities include managing property resale and leasing activities, ensuring optimal resident retention, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves overseeing lease administration processes, conducting property viewings, facilitating lease agreements, and maintaining clear and professional communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Resident Retention and Customer Service
- Strong knowledge of Lease Administration and experience in managing leases
- Excellent Communication skills for managing interactions with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with customers and teams
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in property management software and tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management
