Job Title : TGT Chemistry

Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) Chemistry educator to join our academic team in Haveli, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality science education to secondary-level students, fostering a deep understanding of chemical principles, and inspiring curiosity in the natural world. This position is essential for building a strong foundation in science, supporting student achievement, and contributing to the overall academic excellence of the institution. The teacher will be responsible for curriculum delivery, student assessment, and creating an engaging, inclusive, and inquiry-based learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and engaging chemistry lessons aligned with the curriculum for classes IX and X.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to support diverse learning needs.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and ensure safety protocols are followed during practical sessions.
- Monitor student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary learning and school-wide academic initiatives.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and curriculum review processes.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (B.Sc.) with a minimum of 55% marks.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized institution.
- Strong subject knowledge and proven experience in teaching chemistry at the secondary level.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology for instruction.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student-centered learning and continuous professional growth.
- Valid teaching certification as per state education board requirements.
