*Summary:*
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT Maths Teacher to join our educational institution in Rajkot Morbi. This role is vital in shaping the mathematical foundation of students in the secondary education stage, fostering analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a lifelong appreciation for mathematics. *Responsibilities:*
- Deliver engaging and effective mathematics instruction to students in Classes VI to VIII as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with CBSE/State Board syllabi and learning outcomes.
- Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and examinations; provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies, including digital tools and interactive resources, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide remedial support to struggling students.
- Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and school-wide academic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and contribute to student development programs.
- Stay updated with latest pedagogical trends and educational policies in the field of mathematics education.
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (B.Sc. or B.A. with Mathematics) with a B.Ed. qualification.
- Valid teaching certification as per state or national education board requirements.
- Strong command of mathematical concepts and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and working with young adolescents.
- Proficiency in using digital learning tools and classroom technology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, student-focused educational environment.
