Job description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. This role requires collaboration with clients, engineers, and construction teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative architectural designs that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using CAD, Revit and other design software.
- Oversee project development from conceptualization to execution.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project feasibility.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and Rules and regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to take responsibility and achieve targets within the set timeframe.
- Open to extended working hours to achieve deadlines and business objectives.
