Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Lucknow. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media channels, implementing effective content strategies, creating and scheduling engaging posts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends. The role may also involve collaborating with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) expertise
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns for better performance
- Knowledge of social media tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
