Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singrauli, requiring Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, O&M Engineers, Site Heads, and Technicians for Coal Handling Plant (CHP) operations. Team members will be responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, managing maintenance tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities may vary by role and include managing a team, handling specific technical processes, and maintaining the efficiency and safety of operations within the plant.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering and knowledge of maintenance management practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving operational issues
- Experience in preventive maintenance processes and procedures
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to lead and manage site operations effectively (Site Heads)
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Familiarity with CHP operations and safety practices is advantageous
