Job details:
- Provide first-, second-, and third-level technical support to internal users across departments.
- Manage and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Monitor and ensure the security, integrity, and availability of company data and systems.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls.
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise software applications used in CRM, ERP, inventory management, and digital marketing.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS).
- Collaborate with vendors and external IT partners for hardware/software procurement, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Document IT processes, policies, and standard operating procedures for consistency and compliance.
- Conduct regular system audits, backups, and disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend IT improvements to enhance productivity and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, and network protocols.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ahmedabad and adapt to evolving business needs.
