- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Identify, vet, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms based on audience demographics, engagement rates, and brand fit.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, deliverables, and payment schedules with influencers and agencies.
- Create compelling campaign briefs and ensure creative alignment with brand voice and visual identity.
- Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Maintain a database of influencer contacts, performance metrics, and content assets for future campaign planning.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timely campaign execution.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and competitor activities in the retail & wholesale digital space.
- Report regularly on campaign outcomes and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand management within the retail, FMCG, or wholesale industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end influencer campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging social media platforms; familiarity with content formats (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with influencers and external partners.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later).
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for brand consistency and content quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Location: Based in Ahmedabad with willingness to travel for events or shoots if required.
