Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver data-backed recommendations.
Support the creation of KPIs and performance metrics to track business outcomes.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address business questions and support executive decision-making.
Document analytical processes and findings clearly for internal knowledge sharing.
Stay updated on emerging data analytics trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.
Freshers with relevant internships or academic projects in data analysis are encouraged to apply.
