KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cultural Leadership: Build a high-performance culture that balances high IQ (data-driven decisions) with high EQ (people-first management).
Requirements

The Scale Expert: Proven track record of building or scaling a business in the B2C Digital, Gaming, or Fintech space.
The Strategic Operator: Someone who can think at 30,000 feet for strategy but dive to 3 feet for execution excellence.
High-Growth Background: Experience navigating the volatility of high-growth sectors where regulatory and market dynamics shift rapidly.
Educational Pedigree: Typically suited for Tier-1 MBA graduates with a background in management consulting or high-growth tech leadership.
