Job details:
CSR partnerships, corporate fundraising, donor management, and stakeholder engagement, preferably from the NGO sector. Strong network with corporates, HNI donors, hospitals, universities, or foundations will be an added advantage.
- Develop and execute comprehensive CSR and corporate fundraising strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, HNIs, hospitals, universities, and foundations.
- Lead donor engagement initiatives, including stewardship, recognition, and retention programs.
- Manage donor databases and ensure accurate tracking of contributions and interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on fundraising outcomes and partnership impact.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for collaboration and funding.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CSR partnerships, corporate fundraising, donor management, and stakeholder engagement, preferably within the NGO sector.
- Strong existing network with corporates, HNIs, hospitals, universities, or foundations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and donor management systems.
- Demonstrated success in achieving fundraising targets and expanding donor bases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
