Strategy & Execution: Develop and drive end-to-end influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns for global brands like Netflix, Tinder, and Amazon.
Talent Curation: Identify, qualify, and build relationships with prominent influencers and emerging thought leaders.
Negotiation & Contracting: Lead the contracting process, specifically focusing on securing advertising and usage rights for branded content.
Campaign Management: Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure influencer strategies align with 360° brand goals.
Data-Driven Analysis: Use OML’s Hypothesis platform to provide data-backed recommendations and real-time tracking of campaign ROI.
Creative Dissection: Dissect brand briefs and translate them into "internet-first" ideas that resonate on Instagram, YouTube, and beyond
Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years in Influencer Management, ideally with experience in a creative or digital agency.
Pop-Culture Pulse: A deep, intuitive understanding of digital content trends and the creator ecosystem in India and abroad.
Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to manage complex project timelines autonomously.
