Integrated Strategy Leadership: Building client-centric media strategies (ATL & BTL) that leverage the full power of the BCCL ecosystem. OOH & Alliance Focus: Driving specific growth in the Out-of-Home vertical while building strategic partnerships to expand market footprint. Revenue & AOP Ownership: Owning the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the North region and ensuring consistent over-achievement of revenue targets. End-to-End Execution: Overseeing the transition from strategic pitch to ground-level execution across multiple media touchpoints. Stakeholder Orchestration: Collaborating cross-functionally with internal platform heads and external agency partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Performance Analytics: Using a strong analytical mindset to track campaign outcomes and provide data-backed insights to clients. Requirements The Media Veteran: 10 years of core experience in Media Strategy, Brand Planning, or Senior Client Servicing. The Multi-Platform Specialist: Deep expertise across OOH, TV, Digital, Print, and Radio—understanding the unique strengths of each medium. The Growth Driver: A proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns that have resulted in significant business growth. Strategic Communicator: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers. The Leader: Experience in leading high-performing teams and managing large-scale, high-decibel media mandates.
