Stay current with emerging trends in UX/UI, edtech innovation, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ARIA). Iterate rapidly based on feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve user experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects in education technology or digital learning platforms. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Demonstrated experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development practices. Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices, particularly in educational contexts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design thinking and influence stakeholders.
