Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the strategic bridge between Creative, Production, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure a unified strategy for every title on the slate.
Rights & Intellectual Property: Navigating the complex web of music rights, talent residuals, and IP windowing in a "Global First" streaming environment.
Process Innovation: Implementing scalable legal workflows and leveraging AI-driven productivity tools (per 2026 mandates) to enhance contract lifecycles.
Stakeholder Management: Managing robust relationships with external production partners and talent agencies while ensuring alignment with Netflix’s global legal standards
Requirements
IDEAL PROFILE:
The Master Negotiator: 10–12 years of broad-based experience in drafting and commercial negotiations within the media, studio, or specialized law firm ecosystem.
Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Hindi is highly preferred to effectively navigate the nuances of the local Indian production landscape.
