Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory and internal reporting standards. Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and capital allocation strategies to support business growth. Drive cost control initiatives and profitability analysis across product lines, regions, and channels. Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls in alignment with international accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP). Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, investors, and financial institutions. Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and automation. Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide strategic financial insights for business decisions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, or CFA preferred. 2–5 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry. Proven track record in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting in a high-growth environment. Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI for financial modeling and data visualization. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving process improvements. Familiarity with international financial standards and reporting frameworks.
