- Manage all aspects of Zoom and Zoom Plus platform operations from setup to post-event follow-up
- Provide timely troubleshooting and technical support during live sessions and events
- Ensure smooth execution of online events, including pre-event testing, real-time monitoring, and post-event documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize session workflows and enhance user experience
- Address technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions during live broadcasts
Requirements
1. Strong knowledge of end-to-end Zoom / Zoom Plus operations
2. Troubleshooting and technical support skills
3. Good communication skills
4. Ability to manage live sessions and online events smoothly
5. Must be comfortable working on Saturdays and Sundays, as this is an event/coaching-driven company
6. Weekday leave can be adjusted accordingly
