- Proven expertise in financial accounting, consolidation, compliance, and R2R processes
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ERP, particularly in financial modules
- Strong understanding of Ind AS and IGAAP standards and their application in consolidated reporting
- Demonstrated success in driving finance transformation, automation, and process improvement
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with a focus on continuous improvement
