Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value. Lead end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and email. Analyze user behavior and funnel metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms to identify growth levers. Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and personalized user experiences. Collaborate with product and design teams to align growth initiatives with user experience and product roadmap. Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV. Build and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Stay ahead of industry trends in fashion e-commerce, digital consumer behavior, and emerging growth channels. Mentor and guide junior team members in growth marketing techniques and analytics best practices. Requirements 2–5 years of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing within the fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industry. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets). Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and email marketing automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot). Demonstrated success in scaling user acquisition and retention through data-driven experimentation. Familiarity with CRM systems, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing strategies. Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scaling fashion brand is highly preferred.
