Requirements
Qualified CA (1–2 yrs exp) for a high-ownership Financial Reporting role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with financial reporting tools (e.g., BlackLine, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting frameworks (IFRS/Ind AS).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with audit processes and internal controls is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving financial systems and reporting standards.
