- Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of statutory, management, and investor reports.
- Drive strategic financial modeling and scenario planning to support product development, market expansion, and investment decisions.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth and innovation goals.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal financial structuring.
- Optimize financial systems and processes to support scalability, automation, and real-time decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management and board stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and risk mitigation frameworks within a fast-paced tech environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or CA qualification is highly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record in managing financial operations for high-growth, venture-backed technology companies.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and capital allocation in complex, rapidly evolving environments.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel/Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic business insights.
- Experience working with investors, board members, and external auditors in a public or private tech company setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive process improvements, and scale finance functions in line with business growth.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
