Job details:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of manufacturing processes, workflows, and performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on operational findings, recommendations, and performance trends. Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, and safety. Assist in the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Gather and validate data from production floors, ERP systems, and operational logs. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, findings, and action plans. Participate in audits, reviews, and improvement workshops as required. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards in manufacturing. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field), Operations Management, or a relevant discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data interpretation. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational efficiency concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a dynamic setting. Location: Bangalore (on-site requirement). Open to freshers with strong academic records and internship experience in manufacturing or operations.
