You lead the voice of HoB. You ensure that every caption, script, and interview maintains the platform's signature emotional depth while scaling across 6+ languages
- Define and uphold the emotional tone and narrative voice across all written and spoken content.
- Oversee the creation and refinement of captions, scripts, and interview materials to align with HoB’s brand identity.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with localization teams to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy across 6+ languages.
- Establish content guidelines and style frameworks to maintain consistency at scale.
- Mentor and guide content creators in embodying the platform’s voice and emotional depth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content strategy, copywriting, or narrative direction within a digital or media environment.
- Deep understanding of emotional storytelling and voice consistency across platforms.
- Experience managing multilingual content or working with localization teams.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to balance creative vision with scalability and operational efficiency.
