Build and engage student & learner communities.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain students and learners.
- Create and manage online and in-person community events, forums, and discussion groups.
- Collaborate with educators and content creators to align community activities with learning objectives.
- Monitor community health and engagement metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive environment that encourages peer-to-peer learning.
- Provide timely support and feedback to community members to enhance their experience.
Requirements
(minimum 6 months commitment):
- experience in community management, education, or youth engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for learning and development.
- Ability to plan and execute events and initiatives with measurable impact.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and tools used for community engagement (e.g., Slack, Discord, Moodle).
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in community settings.
- Minimum 6-month availability to ensure continuity and long-term success.
