KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acquisition Engine Architecture: Building and scaling a robust advertiser acquisition framework to drive consistent revenue growth and wide adoption of Snap Ads in India.
Go-To-Market & Vertical Strategy: Defining and executing localized go-to-market strategies, identifying high-potential market opportunities, and taking complete revenue ownership of assigned segments.
C-Suite Consultative Selling: Cultivating high-trust, trust-based relationships with CMOs, brand custodians, and agency networks—crafting persuasive, data-backed sales presentations using consumer trends and case studies.
Campaign & Performance Enhancement: Analyzing deep campaign metrics and performance statistics to proactively recommend enhancements, ensuring clients achieve strong ROI, attribution, and scale.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partnering closely with internal cross-functional (XFN) teams, including Product, Marketing, and Support, to advocate for client needs and co-create next-generation sales propositions.
Product Evangelism & Cross-Selling: Maintaining deep expertise in Snapchat’s product pipeline—including Lens Studio, dynamic visual messaging formats, and AR frameworks—to capture unmapped cross-selling opportunities.
Mentorship & Team Advancement: Operating with a team-first philosophy, dedicated to developing the professional skills, performance orientation, and careers of junior squad members.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of hardcore, progressive experience in media sales, with a clear trajectory of managing large digital portfolios.
Domain Mastery: Exceptional, native understanding of the digital marketing and advertising landscape, with specific expertise navigating the mid-market advertiser segment.
Network Depth: Strong, established, and active professional relationships with core marketing decision-makers and media buying agencies across the Indian ecosystem.
Technical Frameworks: Extensive knowledge of both performance and brand marketing frameworks, including multi-touch attribution models, campaign measurement, and competitive ad-tech ecosystems.
Attributes: High agility to thrive in a rapidly changing, dynamic media environment, combined with standout communication and project orchestration skills.
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical, industry-recognized professional experience is preferred.
