KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global SaaS Metrics: Implementing and auditing revenue recognition for the "Voice Suite," specifically tracking ARR, MRR, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across India and international entities.
Capital Raising & Diligence: Leading the financial narrative for upcoming institutional funding rounds, managing investor relations, and maintaining a clean Cap Table.
AI Unit Economics: Monitoring the "Gross Margin" impact of AI compute costs (GPU usage, cloud credits) and advising on "Outcome-based vs. Seat-based" pricing strategies.
Rolling Forecasts: Building 3–5 year financial models that align with the vision of global market leadership in the "Agentic AI" space.
Governance & Controls: Establishing rigorous financial guardrails for a team scaling rapidly across multiple geographies.
Requirements
IDEAL PROFILE:
The Strategic CA/MBA: You are a Chartered Accountant, CPA, or an MBA from a top-tier institution with a "perfectionist" approach to accuracy.
Deep-tech Native: You understand the difference between traditional software and AI—specifically how R&D cycles and infrastructure costs impact the bottom line.
Fundraising Veteran: You have successfully navigated at least one significant funding round (Series B+) and know how to present to institutional boards.
Collaborative Partner: You can sit with the Sales and Product teams to design pricing models that don't just "sell" but "scale" profitably.
