- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports in alignment with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of findings.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports to enable data-driven insights and performance tracking.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability of financial operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CA qualification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, controllership, or audit within a high-growth or scaling environment.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
