- Lead the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks
- Conduct in-depth analysis of performance metrics and KPIs to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Operations, and IT—to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives
- Design, maintain, and update documentation, reports, and databases to ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
- Identify emerging trends and risks through data-driven analysis, and propose proactive solutions to mitigate challenges
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leading or participating in improvement workshops, feedback sessions, and innovation sprints
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes
- Provide training and guidance to team members on standardized processes, tools, and compliance protocols
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Experience: Experienced
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, process improvement, or a similar role within a corporate or professional services environment
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights for stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively
- Proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment while managing independent workstreams with minimal supervision
