About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with an engineering background to join our team and drive sales growth in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our client's MedTech solutions, generate leads, and establish strong customer relationships with medical manufacturers and end-product manufacturers in India. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the medtech industry. · Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships, to drive sales growth. · Manage the environment (Customers, Influencers) and establish the related systems/procedures. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. · Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the market. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities. · Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
