About the role
The Compliance Program Manager is responsible for the execution and enhancement of compliance programs that support Reprise’s overall compliance strategy. In this role you will oversee a team of compliance professionals, ensuring effective monitoring activities and quality control reviews to maintain ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements. This role will partner cross‑functionally to ensure new and existing initiatives align with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and communicate compliance resources, policies, and procedures.
Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including compliance policies (UDAAP, BSA/AML, etc.), IT policies, and the employee handbook.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere that suits you best! While you’ll primarily work from home, you are always welcome to visit our office in Irving, TX, whenever you choose. We encourage our remote team members to stay connected through regular virtual meetings and team events. All team members must reside in one of our approved locations by their start date, ensuring you remain part of our collaborative community.
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $93,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
