About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, insight-driven individual who thrives at the intersection of data, business, and client experience. This isn’t just an MIS role — it’s a high-impact position where you’ll own how our key accounts see, understand, and trust their data.
Important: This is a 6 days a week onsite role in Delhi.
What we are building:
At Byufuel, we’re transforming how India handles used cooking oil—turning waste into certified biofuels that power sustainable aviation and we are building India’s first tech enabled food retail waste management infrastructure.
What You’ll actually do:
Data & Reporting
· Design, build, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports for key account stakeholders
· Translate raw data into actionable insights and business narratives
· Create visually compelling dashboards that simplify complex data
Reconciliation & Accuracy
· Perform billing reconciliation across key accounts — identify discrepancies and resolve them proactively
· Perform deep data reconciliation to ensure consistency across systems
· Act as the “single source of truth” for account-level data
Key Account Support & CRM
· Partner closely with account managers to support client requirements
· Customize reports and insights based on client needs
· Act as a CRM champion — ensure clean, structured, and usable account data
What we are looking for:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (must-have): formulas, pivots, lookups, data modelling
- Working knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools
- 3-5 years’ experience in reporting, MIS, or data operations roles.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- You don’t need to know everything — you need to learn fast and execute faster!
