Reporting Lead
Job Requirements*
We are looking for a People Analytics & Workforce Insights Lead to own and
drive workforce reporting, analytics, and insights across Global and U.S.
populations. This role is responsible for delivering leadership-ready dashboards,
trend analysis, and deep workforce insights covering headcount, hiring, attrition,
diversity, learning, movements, and organization structure.
The role partners closely with HR Leadership, HRBPs, COEs, Talent, Compensation,
Finance, and IT to ensure accurate data, actionable insights, and consistent
adoption of people analytics across the enterprise.
Key
Responsibilities*
People Overview & Key HR Metrics
• Own and govern key HR metrics for Leadership, HRBP, and COE audiences
• Deliver reporting across:
o Employment cost (SG&A vs Opex)
o Attrition by job band and population
o Workforce and hiring metrics
o Learning and development effectiveness
o Gender diversity and representation
• Ensure consistent metric definitions and fiscal period alignment
People Trends & Insights
• Produce trend analyses by fiscal quarter across headcount, hiring,
attrition, learning, and diversity
• Identify drivers behind workforce changes and highlight risks,
opportunities, and emerging patterns
• Translate trend data into executive narratives and insights
Workforce Planning & Organizational Structure
• Lead workforce planning dashboards for headcount, tenure, generations,
and demographics
• Deliver organizational structure analytics including:
Pyramid views by job band
Average level grade by region, BU, function, and location
Geographic workforce distribution
• Support plant-level workforce analytics and role distribution insights
Hiring, Movement & Development Analytics
• Deliver recruiting and onboarding analytics:
New hires by region, role, gender, age group, and function
• Analyze employee movement and development trends:
Promotions, transfers, role changes
Movement distribution by gender, job band, business unit
• Support learning analytics including:
Training hours, participation, effectiveness
Course-level scorecards and skill development tracking
Attrition & Retention Analytics
• Own attrition dashboards and deep-dive analysis:
Voluntary vs involuntary attrition
Rolling 12-month and annualized rates
Attrition by tenure, function, gender, job band, and region
• Identify retention risk segments and support workforce planning
decisions
Data Validation & System Reporting
• Ensure data accuracy across PeopleSoft, OBIEE, WFA, and OneStream
• Own PeopleSoft and OneStream data validation processes
• Partner with IT and HRIS to resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and
reporting defects
• Maintain Pitfall and audit validation reports
Dashboard Ownership & User Support
• Own and enhance dashboards including:
Workforce Analytics (WFA)
Office Occupancy
Managerial Span of Control
Competency and skills traffic-light reports
• Provide end-user support, training, and guidance for OBIEE and analytics
tools
• Drive adoption and usability across Leadership, HRBPs, and COEs
