Job Title: Reporting Analyst (Project Reporting)
Location: Remote from India

Description:
Own the end-to-end reporting, analytics, and governance for User Profile Administration (UPA) and the Technology Service Desk, ensuring data accuracy, SLA transparency, and audit-ready evidence. The role consolidates data from BMC Helix MyITSM (Smart IT/Helix), identity/access workflows, and hotline telemetry to produce actionable insights for operational reviews, daily huddles, and senior management scorecards.
Experience
- 3-6 years in BI/Reporting for IT operations, Service Desk, or IAM/UPA (banking/regulatory environment preferred).
- Hands-on in BMC Helix/MyITSM (extracts, categories, approval flows) and hotline/call-center telemetry (Cisco UIC).
Technical
- Power BI (data modeling/DAX, RLS, scheduled refresh), Advanced Excel/Power Query, SQL.
- Familiarity with identity & access workflows (line manager approvals, special approvals, leaver processes, maker/checker sampling).
Domain Knowledge (from SOPs)
- Service Desk: incident/request handling in Helix, criticality rules, auto-closure, Three-Strikes, P5 governance, CSAT, hotline SLA and call metrics.
- UPA: MyITSM forms & Global_UPA_Support queue, Business Criticality SLAs, special approvals (ISG/HR/Div Heads/Group Head), Resign Marking with IAM/SailPoint alerts & reconciliations, Role Modification CR validation.
