Role Objective
We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to develop executive dashboards, portfolio reports and management information systems for Renewable Energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Weekly PMO Dashboard.
- Prepare Monthly CEO Project Health Report.
- Prepare Monthly CFO Financial Report.
- Maintain portfolio performance dashboards.
- Consolidate project data from multiple teams.
- Develop Power BI dashboards.
- Prepare KPI reports and trend analysis.
- Maintain project history database.
- Generate project performance reports.
- Prepare management presentations.
- Standardize reporting formats across projects.
- Track schedule, cost, risk and approval status.
- Ensure timely reporting to senior management.
